Located at Studio YTA in Enfield, our in-person classes are held during term time on Thursdays from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Can’t make it to the studio? No problem! You can also join us online from the comfort of your own home.

Led by a dedicated postnatal and c-section recovery specialist, our sessions prioritise breathing techniques, relaxation, and, most importantly, building strength and stability.
